This size appeared to be perfect for me. In its widest part the plug is the same size as penis, so using it is a good way to prepare for anal sex. When I tried to insert it first time, it did hurt. But in fact the problem was that there was simply not enough lube. When it slipped in, I felt like on the cloud nine. Great feeling of fullness in your ass... I did not try many butt plugs, but I definitely love this one. The only con of the plug it that it has strong chemical smell.

This is truly an excellent butt plug. I love it. I have larger ones too but this is a nice toy for when I want to feel somewhat probed and comfortable not full. I love the acute angle Doc Johnson uses at the bottom of their butt plugs it really gives you a nice mixture of pleasure and pain. I am pretty experienced but when I first got this one as a novice it took some working in. This one is pretty easy to take all the way. I like pull it in and out until it becomes easy. This plug will not easily fall out because it is well designed unless you graduate to the large Plugs still it stays in pretty well. If you try to shit it out it will come out pretty easily and when it lets go it flies out of your ass hole. This is a really nice butt plug even for beginners as it has a nice taper so it is easy to work in and youll love it in you.

Based on reactions from my hubby, he doesnt enjoy this one as much as compared to others...the material its made of is too firm...not as comfortable, can be painful at times.

It worked great. After using the small butt plug on my wife I bought this one and slipped in one night. It took a little longer than with the small one but now she requests this thing once a week or so and loves it when I do her doggie while this is in her.

a great item.stays in place and will not slip out. after many years of not using a butt plug i knew i wanted to get back to it again. i knew the medium size is perfect to start. after a little lube and time i had no problem inserting it.after i had it in i did some household chores and after the item was in for about an hour it was time to kick back and masterbate. it really hightens the orgazem. easy insertion and to remove. well worth the money.

This is the perfect plug for those who love anal penetration and are frequently filled with something or someone. Unlike the larger size, this one will not inordinately stretch the sphincter, so incontinence is probably not in your future. However, if you are an anal lover, anything much smaller is just to much work to keep in - always having to squeeze those muscles!
